The tracking number I have says order was delivered but it’s nowhere to be found. What can I do?
If this happens you are asked to call UPS to file for a delivery investigation. UPS Toll free 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877). You must have your tracking information for UPS to process this request.
